Eric Levin has spent over 20 years supporting the strategic growth needs of clients within the Financial Services Industry as an external recruiting partner with an internal “value add” approach. In addition to founding along with his business partners both Hammerhouse and Model Match (software), he provides day to day support across all lines of company business. Through experience and client feedback, Eric and his partners founded Model Match in 2018 to create a technology platform that supports any user with greater overall efficiencies and success in their local and company recruiting/growth/relationship building efforts. Model Match has created the environment that provides the user greater efficiencies and opportunity to achieve their strategic growth goals. Eric continues to utilize a hands on/client partnership approach that extend into a podcast series - The Walk Podcast launched in 2020 to highlight relatable stories and conversations from leadership across industries. He is also a frequent speaker and panelist at varies client and industry events. On a personal level Eric looks to spend as much time as possible with his wife Nikki and two sons Abe and Tate as well most physical activities that get his hands dirty and as far from fluorescent lights as possible.
