Mortgage Operations Consultant

I am a 20-year veteran of the mortgage industry. I have had the privilege to learn about all things operational, including holding nationwide operations management and VP positions, as well as holding all underwriting designations and my NMLS. I have spent years training new and upcoming underwriters, processors, and QC/compliance analysts. I have learned LOS customization, served as a SME at a number of companies, and served on credit risk boards to ensure safe, but profitable lending practices were maintained. Throughout all of the ups and downs the industry has undergone, I've met amazing sales and operational talent along the way and have managed to maintain great relationships with those I have had to say goodbye to. This industry is a roller coaster ride, but my philosophy on mortgage operations is to work hand-in-hand with sales to ensure all clients are served well, from beginning to end. I started my own consulting firm this year as I feel strongly I can assist more companies/teams in fine-tuning their operational practices to increase knowledge and minimize overhead without losing talent.
